Isaiah 43:18-19 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the winderness and streams in the wasteland.”
I just love this devotional because in the opening scripture, it talks about not looking back.
I don’t know about you, but I have made a lot of mistakes. I am tired of those mistakes defining me.
I have read this devotional more than once because I want a new and better life.
I want to throw off the chains of my past and thunderbolt toward the future God has in store for me. He says we can be like new. I really want that.
